Here are some details of the 2010 Kotei for Manila, Philippines
Location: Makati Sports Club, Makati City, Philippines
Date: June 12, 2009 - Grinders, June 13, 2009 - Eliminations, Side Event
Entrance fee: 1600 (pre-reg), 2000 (on-site)
Legal sets:
IG1, IG2, GotE, DaK, CE, PotD, TH
Format: Celestial Edition 40/40
Eliminations will be best 2 out of 3, and we will be using the Palmer rule for the eliminations.
We'll post more details as we get them finalized.

L5R 2010 Kotei Team
Update 1: L5R Artist Edwin David will be on site and will create sketches on-site for the Top 4 of the 2010 Manila Kotei.
